高校合格おめでとう！　

　「みなとGlocal」で、今年も3人の中学生が日本の高校に合格しました。わーい！
　昨年の2人に続き、子どもたちが自分の希望する進路を実現できたこと、本当に嬉しいのと正直ホッとしています。

　合格は、それぞれの子どもたち自身の努力の結果です。
　来日して間もなく、日本語も初歩からのスタートだった彼らは日々の積み重ねの中で日本語力を伸ばしていきました。
　「平仮名・カタカナ」から始まり、発音や文法、漢字に苦しみ、
自分の思いをうまく言えず、学校生活が不安だと話をしてくれることもありました。
　それでも皆あきらめずに前に進み続けたのです。

　「みなとGlocal」では、決まったカリキュラムではなく、
一人ひとりの状況や興味に寄り添った学習支援を行っています。
　ときには遊びながら学び、子ども自身が「学びたい」と思う気持ちを大切にしています。
　受験対策も基本スタンスは同じく、それぞれが勉強したい面接・作文・教科学習など、個別に対応してきました。

　繰り返しますが「みなとGlocal」自体の力は小さいです。
が、ご支援頂いた先生方は子どもたちに真剣に向き合い、
彼らの小さな変化にも気づきながら支えてくれました。
　お父さん、お母さんの不安にも寄り添い、
子どもたちと共に先生方が歩んできてくださったことが
今回の成果に少なからず繋がっており、この場を借りてお礼を言いたいと思います。
　先生方、本当にどうも有難うございました。

　高校合格は決してゴールではなく、新しいスタートです。
　但し受験を通して身につけた「努力する力」「あきらめない心」「自分の言葉で伝える力」は、
これからの人生を支える大切な力になると信じています。

　これからも「みなとGlocal」は、子どもたち一人ひとりの可能性を信じ、伴走していきます。
　合格した３人のこれからの高校生活と、これから受験に挑む子どもたちの未来を心から応援しています。

Congratulation on Passing High School entrance exam!

　This year, three students from the online Japanese learning support program “Minato Glocal” have successfully passed high school entrance exams in Japan. 　Wonderful!
　Following last year’s two successful students, we are deeply relieved and happy that they have achieved their desired paths.

　Their success is the result of their own hard work.
　Many of them started with only basic Japanese "Hiragana""Katakana" after arriving in Japan, gradually building their skills through daily effort.
　They struggled with ”Kanji”, felt anxious, and sometimes found it difficult to express themselves—but they never gave up.

　At Minato Glocal, we do not follow a fixed curriculum. 　　
　Instead, we tailor our support to each child’s needs and interests.
　Sometimes learning happens through play, nurturing their intrinsic motivation to study.
　Each student prepared differently for exams—through recommendations, interviews, essay writing, or subject study.

　I need to reiterate that "Minato Glocal" itself has limited resources.
　However, the teachers who supported us dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to the children,
noticing even the smallest changes in them and providing support.

　They also empathized with the anxieties of the parents, and walked alongside the children throughout this project.
　This undoubtedly contributed to the success of this initiative, and
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude.

　Thank you so much, teachers.

　High school admission is not the goal, but just a new beginning.
　The skills students gained—perseverance, resilience, and the ability to express themselves—will support them throughout their lives in the future.

　Minato Glocal will continue to believe in each child’s potential and walk alongside them.
　We sincerely wish the three successful students a fulfilling high school life and encourage those who will take on the challenge in the coming years.
